- All our products are handcrafted by experienced artisans one at a time making them unique, as a result a slight variation may occur between products which cannot be considered as a defect and will not be eligible for exchange.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Your product is eligible for exchange if Incorrect size of product has been delivered or the product received does not match the description on the website.
- Products purchased prior to sale period cannot be exchanged during the sale.
- Discounted products and Purchases made during the sale period are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized and bulk purchases (6 units of the same product or more )are not eligible for returns.
- Products bought as a set should be returned as a complete set .
- Please ensure that proper address and phone number is provided at the time of checkout.
- No refunds are entertained if wrong address is provided.
- Orders cannot be cancelled if there is a delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances while in transit and no refunds will be entertained for the same.
- Please ensure that the product delivered is received in good condition and has not been tampered with.
- Please ensure to mention received damage on the delivery receipt.
- Any product received damaged must be notified by e mail to zurihomeindia@gmail.com within 24 hours and returned to our warehouse within 7 days.
- All our deliveries are made through our Kolkata warehouse.
- Products returned should be unused,undamaged,unwashed & in saleable condition.
- If your purchase meets all of the above criteria,please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery received .we are sorry but we wont be able to entertain any queries thereafter.

For damage/quality issue request you to provide us with the order no,date of transaction,date of delivery ,delivery address along with supporting images.
Our team will investigate and get in touch with you within 2 working days.
Upon receipt of communication from our team please follow the below steps.
- Pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice,tags,labels,bags,boxes any other inclusion sold as part of the purchase.
- A reverse pick up will be arranged from the address mentioned in the mail.
- Once we receive the product it will go through quality inspection and if it passes a fresh piece will be despatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
Please note replacement will be offered based on availability of the product .
Under circumstances of unavailability of the product a credit note for the full amount (excluding shipping charges )will be issued which can be redeemed online within a period of 6 months from date of issue.
