Returned items must be:

In original packaging and saleable condition
Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at zurihomeindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and return the item within 7 days.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in dispatch time may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or message.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, logistical issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit.
Delivery Address
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number at the time of placing the order.
Zûri Home will not be responsible for delivery issues or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, and refunds will not be processed in such cases.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that the package received is untampered and in good condition before accepting the delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the package, kindly mention it on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
