At Zûri Home, each piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product’s unique character.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We offer exchanges only if:

  • You receive an incorrect size, or

  • The product delivered does not match the description on our website.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible:

  • Handcrafted variations (natural differences in finish or colour)

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Customised orders

  • Bulk purchases (6 units or more)

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging and saleable condition

Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at zurihomeindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and return the item within 7 days.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery delays in transit.

  • Please ensure the correct shipping address and phone number are provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zûri Home, we take great care in packaging and dispatching each order to ensure it reaches you safely. All our products are shipped from our Kolkata warehouse and handled with the utmost attention to detail.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in dispatch time may occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or message.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 working days

  • Other locations within India: 5–8 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to logistics or external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, logistical issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit.

Delivery Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number at the time of placing the order.

Zûri Home will not be responsible for delivery issues or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, and refunds will not be processed in such cases.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that the package received is untampered and in good condition before accepting the delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the package, kindly mention it on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
